BALÁZS & HOLLÓ Law Firm has been at the disposal of clients in all legal fields related to business, enterprises and investments since 1995. Our offices are located in the heart of the City of Budapest. We are supported by the latest communication facilities, along with extensive on-line resources which give us access to a vast array of information, including all Hungarian as well as the most relevant international rules and regulations.
The Law Firm’s current staff comprises 7 lawyers, including the two partners, Dr. Tamás BALÁZS and Dr. Dóra HOLLÓ, as well as 4 non-lawyer staff. Our lawyers have extensive international background and are able to combine their legal talents with an understanding of the marketplace and their clients’ objectives.
In co-operation with outside advisors, we are able to offer complex services in our clients’ business operations, including investment and financial counselling, tax advice, book-keeping, auditing and real property management.
The majority of our clients come from EU countries and from the United States. We assist and represent commercial, industrial and financial clients, many of whom operate on an international basis.
BALÁZS & HOLLÓ Law Firm is able to advise clients in Hungarian, English, German, Italian, Russian and French, and we can prepare all required correspondence and legal documentation in these languages.
Our firm provides services on an hourly fee basis. In case of litigation and arbitration of high value claims, part of our fee can be agreed on a percentage of the transactional value.
