Stratula Mocanu & Asociatii is a Romanian law firm founded in September 2006, acting in all legal fields related to business and investments. Prior to establishing the law firm, both our founding partners acted as associates within the largest law firm on the Romanian market.
With or offices located in the heart of Bucharest, our Law Firm’s current staff comprises 4 lawyers, including the two founding partners, Mr. Sorin STRATULA and Mr. Cosmin MOCANU. Our lawyers have extensive practice in all business related legal areas, thus able to combine their legal skills with an understanding of the marketplace and of our clients.
In co-operation with outside advisors, we are able to direct our clients to a variety of highly professional service providers, including investment and financial counselors, tax advisors, book-keepers and auditors.
We advise companies from all around the world, with a special focus on EU countries and the United States. We assist and represent commercial, industrial and financial clients, many of whom operate at an international level.
Stratula Mocanu & Asociatii is able to advise clients in Romanian, English and French.
Our firm provides services both on an hourly fee and on a retainer fee basis. Depending on the nature and object of the project (and especially in litigation and arbitration cases of high value claims), part of our fee can be agreed on a percentage of the project’s value.
