UHY YANS-AUDIT, LLC, is a multidisciplinary audit and consulting company; since 2001, it has been ranked among top 50 audit and consulting Russian firms (according to the data of leading Russian rating agencies).
We render our services on the following areas: audit; taxation consultancy; elaboration of business plans; appraisal of all types of immovable, movable and intellectual property; solving of a wide range of law matters related to commercial activities of companies; accounting records maintenance; investment consulting; accounting and legal personnel recruitment.
The history of our Company started in 2000. Three practicing professional auditors, who had already got a five-year experience of work for major audit companies and the “Big Five” companies by that time, established “Ya.N.S. Audit”, LLC. The key strategy of the Company development was providing the Clients with the full range of services related to their financial and operating activities. With this purpose, the Company initiated the development of legal consulting and appraisal services. Currently the Company's principle remains the same: maximum coverage of all scopes of a Clients' business activities and meeting their demands in the full measure.
Since 2006, the Company is a member of UHY International – international association of independent audit and consulting companies.
Due to regular and effective contacts between the UHY members, “UHY Yans-Audit” not only use the best practice and experience of the leading companies of the USA, the European Union, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea and of over 50 countries all over the world but provides its Clients interested in international business with a solid support of their commercial activities in countries that have UHY representatives. UHY membership helps us continuously maintain and have control over the highest quality level of our client service.
Competency level of our auditors is certified by the State license for audit activities, by quality control from the part of UHY as well as by our membership in the Moscow Audit Chamber. The Company is a member of the Russian Board of Appraisers and the Self-regulatory Interregional Association of Appraisers; before changes in licensing regulations, our Company had been a holder of the license for this type of activities for two years. We are accredited with Agency for Deposit Insurance on categories: “Audit services”, “Appraisal practice”, “Accounting Records Maintenance of Credit Companies”. Our specialists regularly act as experts in the course of thematic seminars, particularly of ones conducted by “Business-seminars” Company. We have got the license for work with national security information.
Moreover, UHY “Yans-Audit” is registered with Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) – American non-commercial organization, which supervises the execution of audit companies' work; and it gives us a right to perform audit of companies' reports, securities of which circulate on the American stock market. We are also accredited with USAID - the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), which gives us a right to audit recipients of this Agency's grants, issue conclusions with consideration of USAID requirements and the Government Auditing Standards of the USA (GAGAS).

"UHY Yans-Audit", LLC, does not focus on particular industry as the Company renders the services in all spheres of economy: we work with companies in the primary sector (oil and coal), in the fields of ransport, chemistry, machinebuilding, metallurgy, construction, food, light and service industries, medicine, trade, etc.
Our Company renders comprehensive expert examination of any financial and economic transaction on a Client’s request; elaboration and legal review of the documentation afferent to a variety of transactions; representation of clients before the tax authorities and other state bodies; legal support of reorganization procedures, including mergers, acquisitions, demergers, split-offs and reorganizations; legal assistance in state registration of legal entities of all forms of ownership; as well as a wide range of services in the Corporate, Real Estate and Employment legal practice areas.
The Languages of our Firm are Russian, English and Spanish (oral and written).
