Kunstek, Halle & Šimac is a Croatian law firm established in 2007 by three founding partners, Mr. Gordon KUNSTEK, Mr. Tomislav HALLE and Mr. Ivan ŠIMAC. Apart from the partners our Law Firm currently employs the services of 2 other staff members, out of which Mrs. Jelena Blagdan is also an attorney at law.
Due to specifics of the Croatian legal market, each partner has a fairly broad range of practice, with all partners’ heavy involvement in corporate and real property practice. However mention is to be made that Mr. Kunstek has so far acquired extensive experience and a significant track record in the construction and development legal areas as well as in real property management, Mr. Halle is considered one of the top experts for projects including energy law, foreign investments and maritime law, while Mr. Simac has significant experience and accomplishments in international commercial transactions, corporate governance issues and immigration law.
The goal of Kunstek, Halle & Šimac is to serve as a full-service firm for clients with the need for broad range business advisory services. The firm is unlikely to involve in criminal law issues (except to the extent of occasional involvement in white collar crime on behalf of its clients) and family law, though it has contacts and provides recommendations to its clients in need of such services.
Our Law Firm provides legal services, engages in negotiations in the Croatian and English languages. For certain simpler contacts, we can use the French, German and Spanish language. Most of the firm’s fees are based on hourly rates, though a different fee structure can be agreed upon request.
Our main areas of practice are Commercial and Contract Law, Corporate and M&A, Employment law, Real Estate, Securities law, IP Energy law, Foreign Investments, Competition, Administrative, Construction and Development, Wills and Probate law.
The firm has soon after its establishment been included in several legal directories, out of which the most notable ones are as Legal 500 for 2008 and European American Business Council for 2008.
