STAŇĚK/VETRAK & PARTNERS was established in 2005. Currently, our law office has two managing partners, three partners, six associates, one of counsel supported by administrative staff and administrative staff. The number of lawyers enables each of them to specialize in individual areas, thus allowing for a detailed legal processing of each project.
Staňěk/Vetrak & Partners is a young and dynamically developed Slovakian law firm, with a well established position on the Slovakian legal services market. Our attorneys are fluent and able to provide legal assistance in Czech, English, German and Hungarian.
The main focus of our law firm’s practice is in the commercial area, where we assist clients in relation to a great variety of issues, including the establishing and functioning of commercial companies as well as other types of legal entities, managing all necessary permissions, licenses and concessions for the company's business activities and all needed records in the Commercial Register, as well as the preparation of contracts regulating commercial obligations in various fields of business.
Our law firm also provides further legal services on more specialized fields as securities privatization, venture capital transactions, merges and acquisitions, antitrust law and trade regulation, financial law, foreign exchange law, tax law and customs, fair business competition, law of bankruptcy and intellectual property, banking, insurance companies, telecommunications law, investment funds and mutual funds, energy.
While the taxation matters are generally provided by our external tax advisors, we also offer competent taxation advice to our clients in case of common tax issues.
Our Law firm is in tight cooperation with reputable audit companies, tax advisors, notary and enforcement bodies.
